Review: Archos 97 Carbon, Serious Competitor Google Nexus 7 - Technology companies based in France, Archos, announced the entry-level Android tablet in the series premiere ELEMENTS. Archos CEO Henri Crohas said Archos 97 Carbon combines an affordable price with an attractive slim design. To give the impression of class, this tablet uses a stylish aluminum material with a thickness of 11.4 mm and weighs only about 618 grams. The tablet is also a manifestation of the balance between hardware, software optimization and content contained within the Google ecosystem Play. Archos applications include Office Suite Viewer and the game World of Goo demo version on the tablet.
