Create your own USB On The Go

Appropriate title above, here I will tell how to make On The Go CABLE for the kernel device that already supported. (Generally, Tablet & HighEnd Smartphone).

Before starting the unit and the material prepared as follows:

1. Standard USB CABLE

2. Standard USB CABLE with one of the main port is the mini

USB (microUSB when the smartphone)

3. Cutter

4. Solder along the leads.

5. Multimeter or lamp circuit.

6. Understanding of the concept.

Steps:

Before starting we need to know the concept. So, what will be done later we understand the theory.

Consider the following scheme:

Description: The image above is a STANDARD USB OTG USB Image below is the left part is a 5-pin Mini USB. Pin sequence from the bottom. The right side of the USB Standard 4 pin (Female). Pin of the above sequence.

Example: Mini USB

Specification:

1. Voltage source

2. Data -

4. Off (blank)

USB STANDARD FEMALE Description:

1. Voltage source

2. Data -

3. Data +

4. Ground

HERE IS OUR DUTY to COMBINE WITH THE PIN NUMBER 5 and NUMBER 4 TO MINI USB (the term JUMPER)!

1. Cut out and grab STANDARD USB PORT cable FEMALE.just a less few centimeters to taste (example above)

2. Cut out and grab a MINI USB MALE port. (To be discarded at the Port STANDARD MALE (like flash)).

3. Open the plastic sheath on the MINI USB port (port capture).

4. Make sure the correct PINSEQUENCE.

5. Solder wires from PORT MINI MALE to PORT FEMALE according to the following:

cable from pin 1 (red) to pin 1 cable from pin 2 (Blue / White) to pin 2 pin cable of 3 (Green) to pin 3 of the cable pin 4 (Black ) to pin 4 and 5 6.

Make sure there is no short-circuit solder using a multimeter (or series of lights).

7. Wrap again with any taste.

And have now wired On The Go you will be ready to use!
